Edgeboro International Inc. is a private Environmental Construction Company located in Milltown, NJ supporting the needs of the Landfill and Brownfield industry. This includes Operation, Maintenance, Remediation and development of Renewable Energy projects. Our principals are building upon seven decades of valuable experience in Environmental Construction with a focus on Containment and Control systems, Slurry/Bentonite Cut off Walls, Composite Liners and Caps, Leachate Collection, Gas Collection Systems, Vapor Barrier Systems, as well as Methane Flare and Gas Treatment Systems. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales/Business Development Manager to join our team in our East Brunswick, NJ office. As Sales/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for successfully maintaining existing customer relations, while strongly initiating and identifying new business opportunities and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be committed and self-motivated yet will work closely with the Management team in actively assisting in securing business growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, initiate and maintain strong client relationships with the objective of producing strong development and business leads
• Actively assist and support estimator with Environmental Construction bids as required
• Assist the Management team with all aspects of the project process
• Initiate frequent Marketing/Sales meetings with Management to communicate customer progress and potential leads
• Prepare presentation materials and assist in all Website and Marketing updates
• Attend industry conferences and affiliated meetings/seminars as required

Qualifications

• 4 Year Bachelor degree required (Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, Marketing/Communications) or relevant supporting industry equivalent.
• 5+ years sales experience in the Environmental Construction Industry
• Actively learn and maintain a strong trade knowledge of the company and the environmental industry
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to travel as required
• Possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record

Pay range and compensation package

This is a good growth opportunity. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Benefit package includes but is not limited to: Medical and Dental insurance and paid vacation.
