Austand Elevator Pty Ltd is in a rapid and exciting growth phase and this represents an opportunity to join our Adelaide region in our installation business, focusing on our new installation and modernisation projects. You will be given the autonomy to make decisions with overall accountability for the delivery of a multitude of projects within this business. You will oversee and expand a team with a particular focus on delivering project success via operational efficiencies and ensuring your team is engaged and motivated to perform. Reports to Director Manage the day to day operations of key projects in the Construction business for the Adelaide region Accountable for creating the project plan and executing the project Lead, engage and mentor. Analyse actual performance to plan, recommend and implement corrective actions Ensure the commercial success of projects through a strong understanding of key financial indicators, and delivery on time and budget Drive key projects aimed at continuous improvement Responsibility for managing sub‑contractor relationships Ensuring a strong focus on safety What we are looking for: Relevant experience gained in a similar role within the Construction industry, with exposure to elevator installation or similar (HVAC, Power, Electrical) Strong leader of people – with a passion for mentoring and driving performance Strong commercial acumen with a focus on results delivery SAP experience would be ideal but not essential Possess Current Drivers License Demonstrated project management experience in the lift industry or a similar building/service industry A proven record in managing multiple projects to tight and demanding deadlines A strong commitment to safety, quality, environment and customer relationships Previous people management and ability to adjust work and material requirements to meet schedules and customer demands Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Self‑motivation and high levels of energy and enthusiasm #J-18808-Ljbffr Austand Edunburgh Elevators
