Leasing Consultant – Apartment Community
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join an apartment community in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for helping prospective residents find their next home.

Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Assist prospective residents with rental applications, screening, and lease paperwork.
- Follow up with leads to convert prospects into new leases.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, applications, and resident communications.
- Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and community outreach.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming leasing office.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
- Support the property management team with daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing or multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to follow up on leads and meet leasing goals.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
