Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Build relationships with professionals and decision-makers nationwide.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, and other business development activities.
• Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and assist with new client opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as needed.
• Work toward individual sales and revenue goals while developing a long-term client base.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, account management, or a client-facing leadership role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage business professionals.
• Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
• Comfortable developing relationships, making outbound calls, and pursuing new opportunities.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple client relationships.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop new skills.
• Experience selling to law firms or other professional services organizations is a plus, but not required.
