Warehouse Associate I - Odessa, TX $20 per hour + Signing Bonus Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday Job Overview Priority Wire and Cable seeks self‑starters who can quickly contribute to our warehouse team. Positions offer overtime, benefits, and growth opportunities. Duties & Responsibilities Work at a fast pace and be flexible to work overtime as needed. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Have reliable transportation to and from work. Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping. Use technology such as RF scanners, iPads, and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders for shipping. Assist customers with local will‑call orders. Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages. Handle shipping and receiving truck deliveries. Physical Requirements Lift up to 80 lbs. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Use sit‑down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility. Dress code: Relaxed with safety footwear (ASTM F2413 approved) required; annual voucher up to $125 for safety footwear; company shirts provided after 90 days. Requirements Candidates must be 18 years or older and able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines. Previous wire & cable experience is a plus.
