Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Line Operator for the 1st Shift, operating from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This role involves operating machinery that produces tire additives, ensuring the quality of finished products, and preparing them for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines producing tire additives into bottles.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Pack finished bottles into totes and crates for shipping.
• Load and unload machines efficiently.
• Lift totes weighing up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions.
• Conduct visual inspections of bottles on the conveyor.

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

• Experience in production, assembly, general labor, packaging, and operating a production line.
• Familiarity with hand tools and forklifts.

The work environment is a typical manufacturing facility that is neat and organized, with several machines and conveyors in operation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Solon, OH.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
