Customer Service Representative

Thoroughbred Ford in Kansas City, MO is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications for the service department. This role is responsible for answering calls and emails, setting service appointments, and following up with customers to keep them connected to the dealership. No automotive background required, if you have experience in retail, restaurants, or hospitality and know how to work with people, don't hesitate to apply!
