If you’re someone who believes in the healing power of touch, loves creating unforgettable client experiences, and wants to work in a positive, drama-free environment, this opportunity is for you. ♀️♂️ What You’ll Do As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference every day: Deliver exceptional massages tailored to each guest’s unique needs (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and more). Offer enhancements and upgrades to elevate the experience (and earn extra income!). Share your knowledge to promote the wellness benefits of regular massage and self-care. Maintain a welcoming, safe, and serene space for every client. Support spa operations by helping with room readiness, cleanliness, and teamwork. Here’s what you can expect: Consistent bookings year-round Hourly base pay ($22/hr) plus tips averaging $20–$30 per massage . However, part-time candidates are invited to apply What We’re Looking For A licensed Massage Therapist in California (or eligible for a Napa permit). Skilled in Swedish and Deep Tissue , with additional modalities a plus. Passionate about wellness, self-care, and helping others feel their best.
