If you’re someone who believes in the healing power of touch, loves creating unforgettable client experiences, and wants to work in a positive, drama-free environment, this opportunity is for you. ♀️♂️ What You’ll Do As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to make a real difference every day: Deliver exceptional massages tailored to each guest’s unique needs (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, and more). Offer enhancements and upgrades to elevate the experience (and earn extra income!). Share your knowledge to promote the wellness benefits of regular massage and self-care. Maintain a welcoming, safe, and serene space for every client. Support spa operations by helping with room readiness, cleanliness, and teamwork. Here’s what you can expect: Consistent bookings year-round Hourly base pay ($22/hr) plus tips averaging $20–$30 per massage . Flexible schedule – we’re open 6 days a week and will work with you to find the right fit. Positive, supportive team culture — no drama, just growth.
