Training Operations & Data Insights Coordinator

New York City Transit

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a Coordinator, Training Support & Administration to manage agency-wide learning initiatives. You will handle training transactions in PeopleSoft ELM, support compliance programs, and deliver high-quality customer service to employees and managers. The role includes building Power BI dashboards and tracking training metrics. The position requires a BA/BS and at least one year of related experience, with proficiency in PeopleSoft and MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr Metropolitan Transportation Authority
