Production Support Advance Services in Gilroy, CA is seeking a Production Support team member to assist on-site with office and production tasks. This role includes supporting the productions managers along with onsite contact with additional admin duties as assigned. Schedule: Varies | Up to 40 hours/week | Up to 7 days/week (as needed) Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Interview: Yes Key Responsibilities Supporting the Production Manager and supervisors with administrative tasks Provide general administrative support (data entry, paperwork support, basic office tasks) Maintain a professional, customer-service oriented presence at the front desk/check-in area Entering and maintaining production data in spreadsheets or ERP systems Coordinating schedules for production employees Requirements Strong reliability and attendance Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask Basic computer skills and comfort with administrative tasks Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and remain alert/attentive throughout shift Ability to follow site safety and hygiene policies Safety & Dress Code (Client Requirements) Long pants, closed-toe shoes, shirts with sleeves No jewelry of any kind No nail polish Follow safe body mechanics: lifting/bending/stooping/twisting safely; ask for help when needed Be mindful of slip/trip/fall hazards and stay hydrated (heat stress awareness)
