LeadingResponse is a performance marketing company that helps business professionals and corporate advertisers in the Financial, Insurance, Medical, Preneed, Senior Living, and Legal sectors by developing and implementing response-focused marketing strategies and solutions. Programs include seminar marketing, appointment setting, direct marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and other hyper-local solutions. This is your chance to join a dynamic and collaborative team that is focused on driving results!We are looking for a Sales Executive to play a vital role in generating interest in LR services through proactive outbound prospecting efforts by phone, email, preset appointments, and virtual sales presentations. This role involves conducting daily discovery calls, engaging in solution presentations, and providing exceptional service to current clients. Occasional travel may be required. Preferred candidates will have experience working within the financial services industry.This position will be based in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL.What You’ll Do:Generate annual recurring revenue (ARR), including both new and upsell business.Prospect and win new accounts, typically small to mid-sized financial firms.Self-source at least 3 opportunities each month.Contact company-supplied MQLs upon receipt and work with SDRs to engage prospective clients quickly.Work with our Corporate Sales Team to develop opportunities and accelerate revenue acquisition and growth.Use sales cadences within Salesforce.com to engage prospects by phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms.Utilize a proven, consultative sales process to assess business needs and product fit with both prospects and clients.Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients and introduce new ideas and upsell opportunities.Complete administrative tasks and necessary follow-ups required on client orders, collaborating with other departments to ensure orders are fulfilled to customer satisfaction.Investigate and resolve customer concerns.Collaborate with senior sales leadership to foster a culture of continuous process improvement.Perform other duties as assigned.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum of two years of sales experience.Naturally curious and seeks to understand a client’s situation and context.Possesses strong business acumen and has the ability to build a financial case with business owners, but the flexibility to shift to operational benefits with other stakeholders, e.g., marketing personnel.Conducts open-ended discovery that can run multiple paths.Knows how to communicate professionally by email, phone, and virtual platforms to run discovery sessions and present marketing solutions effectively.Can learn and implement industry and product information quickly.Demonstrates professional assertiveness to create and withstand construction tension and maintain equal status with buyers.Experience in marketing or financial/retirement planning industries preferred.Clear track record of achieving high-performance sales growth in business-to-business sales.Strong sense of urgency and ability to translate it into activity.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with Salesforce.com experience preferred.Ability to work in a hybrid work environment (both in office and work from home) and willingness to travel as needed.Benefits You’ll Receive:Ongoing individual and group sales training and coaching including one-on-one mentorship from industry leadersExperience in sales, marketing, and SaaSOpportunities for career growth based on performanceCutting-edge sales enablement technology resourcesCompetitive base salaryUncapped variable sales compensation based on performance.Two weeks paid vacation during the first full yearFitness reimbursementReferral bonus programHealth/Dental/Vision/HSA/FSA coverage available 1st of the month following your hire date401(k) with company matchPaid HolidaysFor additional information about LeadingResponse, please visit Opportunity Employer, Drug-free employer and workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rme-LLC
