MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC)

What we are looking for:

Aspire365 is actively seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Full Time based in or licensed in Louisiana to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full Time position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Direct clinical service delivery to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy sessions and the potential to lead or co-lead clinical groups based on program need and clinician specialty.
  • Potential to lead or co-facilitate group therapy sessions
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulation
  • Develop and regularly update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI) tailored to client needs
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as clinically indicated
  • Development and maintenance of Integrated Service Plan
  • Leads the treatment team in coordinating whole-person care and clinical decision-making across disciplines.
  • Attend treatment team meetings, setting agenda and guiding clinical case discussion
  • Lead case presentations and synthesize multidisciplinary input into a unified treatment approach
  • Initiate treatment plan updates, delivery of care, and discharge planning
  • Proactively coordinates care across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support services to ensure continuity and quality of the client's overall treatment experience.
  • Maintains timely, accurate, and HIPAA compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare documentation needed for utilization review, audits, and insurance authorization

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)
  • Independent Licensure is required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services
  • LCSW candidates must have completed the Clinical Level ASWB exam
  • LPC/CMHC candidates must have completed both the NCE and NCMHCE exams

Requirements:

  • Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
  • Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency
  • Must be open to licensing in more states (reimbursement provided for additional states)
  • Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Minimum availability of 3 nights a week until 8pm

Compensation: $65,000-$90,000

Work Location: Telehealth (Louisiana)

Work type: Full-Time (maximum 40 hours a week)
