Hiring for all shifts | Multiple Schedules Schedule assigned at time of hire Job Description All Shifts Available | Multiple Schedules Schedule and shift assigned at time of hire Pay: $800-$1,000 / Weekly Pick, Prepare, and Keep Orders Moving Capstone is hiring Warehouse Order Selectors to support daily operations at a busy dry dock warehouse in Ontario. In this role, you'll travel throughout the warehouse to locate products, select items for customer orders, and prepare completed orders for shipment. You'll spend much of your shift walking, lifting, organizing, and working with your team to keep orders moving accurately and efficiently. No equipment experience is required. Training is available for the core responsibilities of the position. Associates with reach truck experience may also have opportunities to take on equipment-related assignments as they become available. Your Responsibilities Walk throughout the warehouse to locate and select products for outgoing orders. Pick items according to order specifications and warehouse procedures. Organize selected products and prepare orders for shipment. Verify products and quantities to help maintain order accuracy. Safely move and position cases, boxes, and other materials. Maintain an organized work area and assist with general warehouse housekeeping. Support other warehouse assignments when business needs require additional help. Follow established safety procedures and work instructions. Learn additional warehouse functions as training opportunities become available. What You’ll Need You don't need previous warehouse or equipment experience to get started. We're looking for dependable people who are ready to learn and work as part of a team. Ability to work on your feet and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Comfortable with frequent lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to safely handle products weighing approximately 25–75 pounds. Strong attention to detail when selecting and preparing orders. Reliable attendance and willingness to work an assigned shift. Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse instructions. Previous order selecting, warehouse, or reach truck experience is helpful but not required. Opportunities to Learn More Order selecting can be an entry point into additional areas of warehouse operations. As you become familiar with the facility and demonstrate proficiency in your assigned responsibilities, you may have opportunities to learn other functions. Experienced reach truck operators may also have opportunities to perform equipment-related work, depending on site needs, qualifications, and available assignments.
