Specialist, Customer Onboarding and Partnership

Overview Franchise enables business growth and value‑creating interactions through a dynamic platform. The Franchise Growth & Enablement team handles global onboarding, strategy initiatives, and registration programs for ecosystem participants, using technology to drive these capabilities and uncover new value opportunities. Role Franchise Growth & Enablement is seeking an energetic, driven Specialist to manage customer onboarding and related programs focused on data gathering and relationship mapping. The role includes: Collaborate with internal teams to develop onboarding processes and support for various products and services Identify areas for process improvement and enhance customer experiences Create end‑to‑end process documentation and training guides Assist with presentations, tracking and reporting metrics and trends to management Participate in UAT for platform enhancements as needed Lead efforts to build operating efficiencies within the unit, including critical customer data clean‑up Support day‑to‑day operational activities such as data analysis, process coordination and issue resolution Assist with strategic initiatives to drive incremental value for Franchise and Mastercard Qualifications Highly motivated, with initiative and accountability Self‑driven, intellectually curious, resourceful and analytical Results‑oriented problem solver, multi‑tasking and prioritising work Experience working independently to produce results in a team‑orientated environment Strong attention to detail and organisation skills Strong written and verbal business English communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high‑paced environment Flexible, responsive and strong follow‑through capability Enthusiastic and eager to learn within a global financial‑service technology organisation Bachelor’s degree required Corporate Security Responsibility Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices Ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information Report suspected information security violations or breaches Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard guidelines Benefits Benefits for full‑time employees include medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability and life insurance; flexible spending and health‑savings accounts; paid leaves (up to 16 weeks new‑parent leave, up to 20 days bereavement leave, 80 hours paid sick and safe time, 25 days vacation and 5 personal days), 10 U.S. observed holidays, 401(k) with a competitive match, deferred compensation (eligible roles), fitness reimbursement or on‑site facilities, tuition reimbursement and more.
