Complex Litigation Associate

Job Description Job Description We are an established, full-service business law firm in Dallas with a strong track record in complex commercial litigation and a reputation as a serious alternative to BigLaw in the Texas market. Our litigation group is one of our core strengths and a consistent source of recognition in Texas Super Lawyers and D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas. We are looking for a 4+ year litigation associate who is ready to do real work at a firm that takes it seriously. What the role looks like Complex commercial litigation across state and federal courts. You will not be reviewing documents for three years before you see the inside of a courtroom. Our associates get substantive responsibility and work alongside senior attorneys on meaningful matters from early on. What we are looking for 4 or more years of complex litigation experience at a peer-level firm A strong writer. Not negotiable. Someone who thinks past the obvious answer and wants to be challenged Ambition to grow toward partnership, not just make a lateral move for a title bump Why us We are growing with purpose.
