We are looking for a Shelf Set Coordinator with a passion for the Beer Industry. This position will work in a team environment with a focus on developing insights, seeing opportunities and communicating recommendations to lead future industry growth to our internal partners and external retail customers. Searching for an individual who takes ownership of their work and always pushes themselves and others to reach higher and achieve more./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliBuild strong relationships with retailers as a trusted Category advisor across all areas of the Beer business/liliPerform shelf resets in key retail accounts/liliDevelop impactful category analyses and consumer insights using a range of syndicated and non-syndicated data sources/liliUse space planning software to effectively merchandise the beer department according to category and retailer strategy/liliEffectively educate and coach internal teammates and external customers on growth opportunities through clear and impactful communications/liliPartner with Sales teams to help troubleshoot issues in the market, whether related to shelf set or ad hoc problems that arise in the market/liliCoordinate, implement and supervise the Independent C-Store Space Programs, including all applications of program development, implementation, communication, and analysis/liliOwn the planogram drawing and validation process for all Chain and Independent resets/liliMaintain a call frequency and conduct follow-up calls on executed accounts to ensure schematic picture is maintained/liliProvide reports on productivity and other performance indicators to senior management/li/ulh3Job Qualifications/h3ulliHigh School Diploma/GED/liliMust be 21 years of age, have a valid drivers license and a safe driving record/lili1+ years of selling or merchandising experience (preferred)/liliProficiency using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and organize data and Microsoft PowerPoint to organize and visualize the story line for presentations/liliAbility to understand information, develop insights and identify opportunities when analyzing large data sets/liliAbility to confidently present insights, opportunities, and recommendations to internal or external stakeholders in a persuasive manner/liliTechnical and problem-solving skills/liliHighly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliStrong passion for the Beer industry/liliCategory Management or Sales experience in consumer-packaged goods industry/liliStrong familiarity with syndicated data, software, and measures (Circana, Nielsen, etc.)/liliStrong familiarity with shopper panel information data, software and measures (Circana, Nielsen, InfoScout, Retailer Loyalty data, etc.)/liliExperience with dashboarding software such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, VIP Merch, or Spotfire/liliShelf management and planograms creation experience (JDA, Apollo, etc.)/liliPositive Attitude/liliSelf-starter who will take ownership of work and drive results/liliStrong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail/liliTeam-Oriented/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/li/ulpWhy Anheuser-Busch: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
