What You’ll DoPremier Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support skilled therapy services in a skilled nursing/rehab setting. This role exists to help patients improve mobility, function, and independence through high-quality, plan-based treatment.Key responsibilities include:- Deliver PTA treatment interventions as directed by the evaluating PT- Document care clearly and on time to support continuity and outcomes- Coordinate with the rehab team and facility partners to ensure safe, consistent care- Maintain a patient-centered approach that supports quality of life and progress toward goalsRequired qualifications/skills: - Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in good standing- Experience or interest in skilled nursing/rehab- Strong communication, organization, and clinical follow-throughIf you’re ready to make a meaningful impact as a PTA, apply today.A Typical DayYou’ll start by reviewing your schedule and current patient goals, then spend most of the day in the therapy gym and resident rooms providing hands-on care and encouragement.
