Pay Rate: $17.00–$19.27/hour Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM–10:30 PM Role Overview: BEPC is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver II to support our client's material handling and warehouse operations in Casa Grande, AZ . This role is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks and material-handling equipment to load, move, position, and transport materials throughout the facility. This is a 6-month W2 contract opportunity with the possibility of extension . The position is non-exempt, and hours worked over 40 will be paid at time-and-a-half in accordance with applicable requirements. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks and forklifts. Operate lifting devices and material-handling equipment, including elevating platforms and buckets, as required. Load, unload, move, and position materials throughout the facility. Transport materials to designated storage, staging, or production areas. Follow established workplace safety procedures and material-handling guidelines. Perform routine equipment inspections and report equipment or safety concerns. Support general warehouse and material-handling activities as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work a flexible schedule when operational needs require adjustments between 1st and 2nd shifts. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of previous relevant experience. Previous experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial trucks. Experience with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material-handling operations preferred. Ability to safely load, move, position, and transport materials. Ability to work the scheduled 2nd shift and accommodate schedule flexibility when required.
