We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager II who thrives in a collaborative, jobsitebased environment and enjoys leading work from the ground up.As an Industrial Construction Project Manager, you'll lead a variety of projects across Northeast Wisconsin, serving clients in the pulp & paper, food & beverage, power, and manufacturing industries. Managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, you'll work closely with clients, Superintendents, engineers, and trade partners to deliver successful outcomes while building long-term relationships founded on trust and collaboration. You'll be responsible for planning, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and overall project execution on projects ranging from facility upgrades and equipment installations to larger capital construction initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience working within active industrial environments and understands how to safely execute construction while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
