Technical Architect/LeadJob Title: Multiple PositionsKey Responsibilities:1. Technical Delivery ManagerManage Healthcare Products from design to deployment and implementation support.Contribute to building and maintaining modern applications with cloud-native architecture.Lead a team of Scrum Masters/Managers, ensuring progress and addressing project challenges.Develop comprehensive project/product plans that merge customer with company goals.Ensure adherence to processes and timely implementation of product vision.Update and maintain production technologies, ensuring proper maintenance and installation.Determine clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members on specific projects.2. Scrum MasterFacilitate daily standups and capture feedback.Work as the administrator of the scrum board, ensuring it is up to date.Meet individually with team members and stakeholders to resolve disagreements about processes.Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks.3. Technical Architect/Lead – Java, Spring Boot & CloudDesign and lead the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.Drive cloud adoption and cloud-native architecture.Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate business into technical solutions.4. Delivery Lead - D365Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer Experience (CX) and CRM implementation projects.Own project delivery across discovery, solution design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.Develop and manage detailed project plans, delivery schedules, and risk mitigation plans.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Dynamics 365 developers and Genesys engineers.5. Dynamics DeveloperConfigure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles in Dynamics 365.Develop custom plugins, workflows, and business rules.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure APIs or middleware.6. Technical Functional Analyst / Business Systems AnalystTranslate complex Medicaid rules into Pega workflows.Define and document business logic for benefit management and case management workflows.Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) strategy.Skills & Qualifications:General:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment.Specific:10+ years of IT experience for Delivery Lead and Technical Delivery Manager roles.15+ years of experience for Technical Functional Analyst roles.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Genesys Cloud CX.Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, SQL, and cloud technologies.Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery methodologies.Preferred Qualifications:Pega Certifications (PBA or CSA).Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, or government customer service implementations.Location:Various positions available, including onsite in Alpharetta, GA.Note:This job posting is for multiple positions and may different levels of experience and expertise based on the specific role.
