Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant – Orthopedic Outpatient Office

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant .
This role offers:
- $60,000–$70,000 per year , depending on experience
- Flexible schedule options
- 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- 2 patients per hour
- Full benefits package
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Following treatment plans created by the Physical Therapist
- Assisting patients with therapeutic exercise and functional rehab
- Supporting strength, flexibility, gait, mobility, and balance work
- Monitoring patient progress during treatment
- Reporting updates and concerns to the supervising PT
- Reinforcing home exercise programs
- Completing clear and accurate documentation
- Helping maintain a professional treatment environment
Requirements
- Florida PTA License required
- PTA Degree required
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
- Organized and professional work style
