Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant – PT-Owned Clinic

A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Pompano Beach, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant .

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year
Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office

What You’ll Help Patients Do

You’ll support patients as they work on walking, strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, pain reduction, and return to everyday activities. The PTA plays an important role in helping patients follow through with treatment plans and make progress between evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment activities outlined by the Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through exercises, stretches, and functional movements
• Assist with gait training, balance activities, and strengthening programs
• Observe patient response and report updates to the PT
• Help patients understand proper form and safe movement
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Prepare equipment and treatment areas
• Support a professional and welcoming clinic flow

Requirements

• Florida PTA License required
• PTA Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Comfortable working with orthopedic patients
• Organized and professional work style
