We provide thorough training in all aspects of our restaurant operations.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation up to $15-$18/hr depending on availabilityHealth Benefits Contribution (full-time)401kAccess to scholarships at up to $2,500 per yearSundays OffFree Meals and DiscountsFlexible SchedulingResponsibilities:Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards.Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items.Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and stock BOH inventory.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager.Qualifications and Skills:Must have availability to work 5:00 PM - Close with Friday and Saturday availability.No experience required.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.Ready to embark on an exciting journey with Chick-fil-A?
