Production Associate Job Details
Schedule: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
Location : Independence, KY
Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, stack, and handle boxes weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently walk up and down several flights of stairs throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and product quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive packaging and material-handling tasks.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Reliable personal transportation required; location is not on a bus line.
• Ability to wear an N95 respirator throughout the shift.
• Must be clean-shaven where the respirator seals to the face to ensure proper fit.
• Ability to follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Package powder-coating products according to established procedures.
• Stack boxes weighing approximately 40-50 lbs.
• Perform quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Shrink-wrap completed packages.
• Clean assigned workstations and production equipment.
• Move materials and finished products throughout the work area.
• Perform repetitive production and packaging duties.
• Travel up and down multiple flights of stairs throughout the shift.
• Maintain an organized and safe production area.
• Follow established quality and safety procedures.
• Wear required PPE throughout assigned production duties.
• Assist with additional production responsibilities as needed.

• Hands-on manufacturing and production experience.
• Experience with packaging, quality inspection, and material handling.
• A safety-focused manufacturing environment.
