Our growing State Farm agency is looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team. We're less concerned about whether you have insurance experience and more interested in finding someone who knows how to communicate, build relationships, compete, and follow through.

If you have a background in sales and feel like you're capable of more than your current opportunity allows, we'd like to talk with you.

You'll work with prospective and existing customers to identify their needs and help them understand insurance and financial services solutions available through our office.

Your day will include:

• Connecting with prospective customers through outbound calls, leads, referrals, and follow-up
• Having consultative sales conversations to understand customers' needs
• Presenting appropriate insurance and financial services solutions
• Building relationships and creating referral opportunities
• Following up consistently with prospects
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Participating in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Developing your knowledge of insurance and financial services

This is a true sales position. You should be comfortable initiating conversations, asking for the business, following up consistently, being coached, and working toward measurable goals.

Insurance experience is not required .
