About the Opportunity We are partnering with a leading heavy civil contractor that is looking to add experienced Structures Foremen across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. They are seeking proven structures leaders with strong cast-in-place concrete experience who can ideally bring an established 4–5 person crew with them. The work will focus primarily on cast-in-place retaining walls, bridge columns, and bridge caps across heavy civil infrastructure projects in DFW. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a 4–5 person structures crew on heavy civil projects. Oversee cast-in-place concrete structures, including retaining walls, bridge columns, and bridge caps. Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work activities to maintain production and schedule. Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and project specifications. Ensure formwork, reinforcing steel, concrete placement, and structural work are completed accurately and to specification. Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other field teams. Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain a strong safety culture. Monitor crew productivity, quality, and overall jobsite performance. Ensure all work is completed safely and to company and client standards. Work safely around active infrastructure, including projects adjacent to live railroad operations. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant structures experience within heavy civil construction. Strong hands-on experience with cast-in-place retaining walls, bridge columns, and bridge caps. Proven experience leading and managing a structures/concrete crew. Ideally able to bring an established 4–5 person crew. Ability to read and understand structural drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness. Railroad experience is preferred, particularly experience performing construction adjacent to live rail operations. Valid driver's licence.
