What You'll Do

• Manage care for critically ill neonates across multiple hospitals within a 20-30 minute drive
• Provide comprehensive neonatal assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Participate in rotating shifts including nights, days, and weekends
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care
• Support families and communicate complex information effectively
• Work with state-of-the-art neonatal technology and equipment

What You Need

• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Board Certification (FNP/PNP not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
• Ability to handle high-acuity neonatal cases confidently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Valid licensure to practice in Florida
