Our client , seeks a skilled Executive Assistant to handle diverse operational duties for the Owner/ President ! - Prior Financial Services industry experience is a Must!
Highlights of responsibilities include :
* Perform all aspects of standard administrative support functions , ranging from interacting with clients in person / by phone , and keyboarding contracts, to creating and filing industry- specific documents with the federal government and financial institutions.
* Use Excel to keep Billing & Business data up to date .
* Maintain marketing and client records using "RedTail" CRM.
* Experience using financial planning software : eMoney , MoneyGuidePro is a plus!
* Familiarity with Custodial companies such as Schwab and Pershing, etc. is a plus.
* Manage complex calendar and schedule meetings. Interact with and support clients .

~ Starting Salary : $56 K to $60K / Year - Plus Bonus! ~
