We are currently seeking a Data Engineer Senior Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Production Operations & Incident Management

• Provide L3 production support for Databricks-based data pipelines.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Providing temporary fix for the data load to resume and document the permanent fix and create required story in JIRA board.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Providing required details to support team to raise Incident due to job failures / technical problems. 
• Providing Daily load status through email, sending delayed communications internally and externally.
• Running ad-hoc jobs/pipelines outside of the cycle when requested by ODS team. 
• Ensure high availability and reliability of critical data pipelines.

Databricks Platform Support

• Troubleshoot Spark job failures, performance bottlenecks, and cluster issues.
• Support Structured Streaming pipelines and checkpoint management.

Azure Ecosystem Support

• Support orchestration pipelines built using Azure Data Factory.
• Support SQL Serverless warehouse integrations for reporting, API and BI tools.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams for environment stability.
