Registered Nurse Supervisor - Day Shift

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor on our day shift, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. With a strong focus on compassion, respect, and patient-centered care, we are seeking a seasoned RN with leadership experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Provide guidance and support to staff members to promote professional growth and development
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs
