Job Summary:

Premier Washington, a leading rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Washington, Pennsylvania, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Supervisor to join our team on our Night Shift. Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care

• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff

• Identify and address any issues or concerns related to patient care or staff performance

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Registered Nurse RN Supervisor Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to positively influence others

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a timely manner
