Requirements Must be at least 16 years old Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance Standard Hours 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday Pay $15.36 - $19.29 (based on relevant working experience) Essential Functions Assists with the performance of a variety of maintenance activities (e.g. assembling furniture, repairing floors, repairing fences, painting, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects within established time frames. Assists with the construction of a variety of items (e.g. walls, decks, ramps, counters, temporary partitions, furniture, etc.) for the purpose of modifying and/or adapting facilities to specific needs. Assists skilled maintenance workers with projects (e.g. transporting and/or securing materials, acting as general labor, completing specific tasks, etc.) for the purpose of completing projects in a safe, efficient manner. Cleans gutters, culverts, other drainage structures for the purpose of preventing damage and/or limiting liability exposure. Responds to emergency situations and assists where needed for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns.
