Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid / Field + Remote | Southwest Florida

A top-producing Southwest Florida Realtor affiliated with a large, well-respected international real estate company is looking for a talented, creative individual to help showcase our properties, our business and the Southwest Florida lifestyle through outstanding photography, video and digital content.

We're looking for someone with a great visual eye, strong photography and video skills, a positive CAN-DO attitude and a genuine team-player mentality.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes working both independently and as part of a team, and is excited to bring ideas to the table.

Some days may involve photographing a beautiful new listing. Another day might mean filming a quick video, helping prepare for an open house, brainstorming a social media idea or pitching in on something completely different.

We're looking for someone who enjoys that variety and understands that on a successful team, everyone pitches in when needed.

No task is too big or too small.

Creativity Over Credentials

Skill, creativity, attitude and potential matter more to us than years of experience.

We're much more interested in what you can create and how you approach your work than how long you've held a particular job title.

Professional marketing experience is a plus, but not required.

Experience with social media, digital marketing, content creation, editing and AI tools is preferred, but not required. Depending on the skills of the people on our team, these responsibilities may become a larger or smaller part of this position.

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required . We can teach you the real estate side of the business.

A Florida Real Estate License is also a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time or part-time hybrid opportunity , depending on the individual and their skill set.

The position combines field work at properties throughout Southwest Florida with work that can be completed remotely.

Approximately 1–2 afternoons per week will typically be spent working directly alongside the agent in the field, visiting properties and capturing content. Other responsibilities may include editing, content creation, social media, marketing and AI-assisted projects.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally are important.

We're looking for someone who values teamwork, flexibility and collaboration and is willing to step outside a narrowly defined job description when the team needs help.

Responsibilities: What You'll Do

The heart of this position is creating great visual content .

You'll work directly with a top-producing real estate agent and team to:

• Shoot compelling photos and video at beautiful properties throughout Southwest Florida

• Film property tours, Reels, behind-the-scenes moments and spontaneous social content

• Film the agent and team for social media and marketing

• Edit photography and short-form video into polished, engaging content

• Identify interesting shots, stories and content opportunities while we're in the field

• Bring fresh, creative ideas for showcasing properties, the Southwest Florida lifestyle and our real estate business

• Help turn everyday real estate activity into interesting, shareable content

• Assist with social media, marketing and digital content depending on your skills and interests

• Help develop creative concepts and promotional ideas

• Repurpose photography and video for multiple platforms and marketing uses

• Explore AI and emerging technology to make our marketing smarter, faster and more creative

• Assist with occasional open houses and other real estate or marketing projects

• Work alongside the agent in the field approximately 1–2 afternoons per week

• Complete much of the editing, content creation and other project work remotely

Qualifications:

Photography and video skills are important. Attitude is equally important.
