Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary This position supports DSD route sales employees and branch staffing needs by providing coverage on routes during temporary vacancies such as vacation, personal days, leaves, and/or other business‑related reasons. Hourly Rate & Schedule Hourly Rate: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday‑Friday approximately 45‑55 hours a week Benefits Full‑time, benefit eligible. Valid driver’s license in current state of residence. Excellent driving record: no more than 2 moving violations and no DUIs within the past 3years. High school diploma or GED. Must pass a job‑related assessment with a score of 70% or better. All job offers contingent upon passing a drug test. Random drug testing for all active employees. Able to read, write, understand, and speak English. Stable work history with good references. Sound judgment and ability to adapt quickly to different work and driving conditions. Strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage priorities effectively. Physical Demands Constantly reaching; frequently sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, driving and lifting up to 32pounds.
