Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a talented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, personable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Greet guests and take their drink orders promptly and accurately Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, such as cocktails, beers, and wines, in accordance with recipes and established standards Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking up supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions they may have Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcoholic beverages, sanitation procedures, and responsible serving practices Upsell and promote specials and new menu items to increase revenue and guest satisfaction Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth and efficient service Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, while following cash handling procedures Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders as needed Qualifications Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality Knowledge of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling cash transactions Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
