Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients optimize mobility and function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and outcomes
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Experience in pediatrics or outpatient orthopedics is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy assessment tools and treatment modalities
- Ability to adapt treatment plans to diverse patient populations
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate, evidence-based care
