Behavioral Technician

Behavioral Interventionist RCM Healthcare is currently staffing Behavioral Interventionists/Technicians to support IEP students in the Barstow, Trona Joint, Snowline and other local areas. Benefits Competitive wages Quick and easy onboarding process Reliable schedule CPI Training Certification Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered School holidays and weekends off Responsibilities Implement student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) using ABA strategies with at least 90% fidelity per performance checks completed by BCBA. Assist teacher(s) and collaborate with the educational and behavioral team for implementation of classroom/school routines. Accurately collect and report data. Utilize CPI de-escalation strategies and physical management as necessary for safety. Qualifications Active Paraprofessional certification. Associate degree or higher. 1 year of experience working with children in schools. Key Competencies Empathy and understanding of developmental stages, and ability to utilize ABA strategies. Compensation $18–24 per hour based on experience. Physical Requirements Active position requiring work alongside students in multiple settings. Students may test physical boundaries, which may require physical intervention. #J-18808-Ljbffr
