Laboratory Technician – Rural West Virginia Near Snowshoe

We are seeking a laboratory technician to join a close-knit team at a critical access hospital in one of West Virginia's most scenic regions. This is a permanent, full-time position on a day shift schedule (7:00 am – 7:00 pm, 3 days per week), giving you four days off every week without sacrificing full-time standing. The ideal candidate has clinical laboratory experience and holds a national certification (MT, MLS, MLT, or equivalent). You'll perform testing across multiple disciplines — hematology, chemistry, blood bank, urinalysis, and more — in a small team environment where your work truly makes a difference. Pay is based on experience. The area offers mountain scenery, outdoor recreation, and a cost of living well below the national average, making it a great fit for anyone ready for a change of pace.
