Human Resources Generalist - Financial Services

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 3+ years of experience to support day-to-day human resources operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly organized, takes initiative, and can independently manage multiple HR responsibilities while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll accurately and timely.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and employee setup.
• Prepare and distribute offer letters, employment agreements, and other HR-related documents.
• Support employee relations initiatives, addressing employee inquiries and promoting a positive work environment.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations.
• Assist with general HR administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience within Financial Services highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and employee onboarding.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
