Descripción general del trabajo Mantiene la limpieza y el orden en el lobby y las áreas comunes. Brinda un servicio rápido y cortés a los huéspedes. Responsabilidades Mantiene la limpieza de todos los espacios públicos incluyendo oficinas. Limpia los baños públicos y se encarga de mantener los suministros. Aspira y limpia las alfombras, tapizados y cortinas. Completa las listas de verificación de limpieza diarias, semanales y trimestrales. Desempolva y pule los muebles, accesorios, umbrales, tableros bajos, barandas, elevadores, huecos de escaleras y marcos de ventanas. Limpia todas las ventanas. Vacía todos los materiales de los recipientes de basura. Reemplaza las bolsas de basura si se usan. Retira la basura al contenedor de basura. Limpia los ascensores públicos y de servicio (por dentro y por fuera). Notifica al supervisor de limpieza, al departamento de mantenimiento o al MOD sobre el mal funcionamiento del equipo, los suministros necesarios o daños al revestimiento del piso, tapicería. Asiste a todas las reuniones departamentales en persona para mejorar la comunicación y obtener conocimiento de los productos, servicios e instalaciones. Responde a las consultas y comentarios de los clientes, proporcionando información oportuna y bien informada para brindar servicio al cliente. Sigue todas las pautas de seguridad para garantizar la seguridad y protección de uno mismo, asociados e invitados. Calificaciones Educación/ Entrenamiento formal: No educación formal necesaria. Experiencia: Experiencia previa en el área de limpieza deseable. Conocimientos / Habilidades: Debe tener conocimiento básico de los principios generales de limpieza, del uso de los productos de limpieza y del funcionamiento del equipo de limpieza. Debe poder entender y seguir instrucciones verbales o escritas y poder comunicarse verbalmente y por escrito. Excelente visión necesaria; énfasis en estándares de limpieza y control de calidad. Demanda Física. Las demandas físicas descritas aquí son representativas de las que debe cumplir un asociado para realizar con éxito las funciones esenciales de este trabajo. Se pueden hacer ajustes razonables para permitir que las personas con discapacidades realicen las funciones esenciales. Debe tener fuerza en la parte superior del cuerpo para levantar hasta 50 libras continuamente durante todo el transcurso del turno de trabajo. Debe tener la fuerza para empujar, jalar y mover palancas, equipo y muebles durante el transcurso del turno laboral.
