Job Description:Job Title: Community Support SpecialistLocation: Columbia, MissouriDepartment: Community ServicesTime Type: Mon-Fri, Day ShiftJob Summary:As a Community Support Specialist, you'll provide support and activities to clients through an organized treatment plan designed to ease an individual's immediate and continued adjustment to community living. You'll be working in the community, including clients' homes, clinics, and other places around the community as part of your regular assigned caseload.
