We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is friendly, proactive, and driven to join our growing Vacaville, CA team. This isn't just another job-it's a meaningful career opportunity where your voice matters, your efforts are appreciated, and your growth is encouraged.

Initially, the CSR will work Monday-Friday 8-5, in office, so they can get acclimated and train properly. This usually is a 60-90 day cycle. After that time period, most CSRs are comfortable on the phone and can answer 80-90% of any customer inquiry. After this training period, a successful employee will transition to a weekend schedule, which Sat/Sun is remote work. Our facility/office is closed over the weekend, so the employee will receive a laptop and be able to work from home. Weekdays are always in-office.
What You'll Be Doing:

As the voice of Rightway Garage Doors , you'll support customers by phone, email, and chat-creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.

• Provide exceptional service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency
• Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates
• Research solutions and respond to customer needs with friendly, helpful support
• Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to recommend services that add value for the customer
• Collaborate with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service experience
• Learn our offerings inside and out-becoming a knowledgeable go-to resource

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)
• Weekend availability (once onboarding and training is complete)
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we'll train the right person!)
• A team player who is excited about growth and contributing to success
• High school diploma or equivalent
