Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Honesdale & Lake Ariel, PA Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $17-25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Honesdale & Lake Ariel, PA Flexible Schedules Weekly Pay Paid Training Growth Opportunities Team Environment Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across our Residential Group Homes in the Honesdale and Tobyhanna, PA areas. We have full‑time and part‑time opportunities available on multiple shifts. As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping residents live as independently as possible. What You’ll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands‑on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence.
