You will start by being trained by current Caregivers as a backup for each of their Clients. Simultaneously you will be in charge of Caregiver recruitment which is our #1 priority for the King County region. You will report to and work directly with the two Co-Founders and be groomed by them for future promotion opportunities. You must be a self-starter because you will be given copious amounts of autonomy. Once we have a strong team of Caregivers through your recruitment efforts, we will work with you to increase our customer base through marketing and sales. Once you've succeeded at Caregiver recruitment and growing the number of service hours we provide, you can start to determine what you most prefer to do. You will oversee general Office/Operations Management, focus on marketing or recruitment or take on something entirely new that fits your skillset. This role has the excitement of a startup with the financial stability of an established firm. You must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record as well as a reliable car .
