Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are currently seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Fundraising Representatives. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with well-known nonprofit organizations while building valuable communication and professional skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
About Us
Our organization partners with established charitable groups to support impactful campaigns that drive awareness, donor engagement, and long-term funding. After successfully expanding into new markets over the past two years, we are continuing to grow due to strong results and increased client demand. Our current focus is strengthening our local team to support ongoing campaigns and prepare for additional nonprofit partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to promote nonprofit initiatives and fundraising campaigns
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and educating the public about each organization’s mission
- Build positive relationships with donors and supporters
- Assist with event-based fundraising efforts and outreach activities
- Accurately track donor interactions and contributions
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and fundraising goals
