Charlie's Produce is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist for a division of ~108 employees in prepared foods and branding. You will report to the General Manager and handle benefits, safety, HRIS, and payroll in collaboration with corporate HR. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, leaves, safety initiatives, onboarding, development programs, benefits support, and performance reviews, with opportunities for growth.
