HR Generalist - Indigenous Health & People Support

Seattle Indian Health Board is hiring a HR Generalist to support the HR Director and Chief People Officer at Thunderbird Treatment Center. You will advise managers and employees on policies, manage onboarding, leaves, and HRIS data, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. The role requires 2–3 years of HR experience, familiarity with federal and state HR laws, and strong communication skills. Work is performed on-site with standard hours, supporting organizational initiatives and #J-18808-Ljbffr Kids for the Future
