Retention Specialist
Location: Sunrise, FL We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retaining customers and increasing customer loyalty. The Retention Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Retention Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain customers, analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to retain customers
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide excellent customer service to retain customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns or issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
- Provide regular reports on customer retention and satisfaction
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer retention or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
