Your Role As a Tire Technician, you will replace, repair, and rotate tires on customer vehicles. This role includes hands-on training to help you build skills for more advanced positions. What You'll Do Install and repair tires. Operate tire balancers and tire machines. Complete work orders accurately. Maintain and organize the shop and equipment. Assist customers and co-workers as needed. Provide outstanding customer service by meeting customers' needs. Promote a safe and collaborative work environment. Requirements Your Skills & Qualifications: Service-oriented attitude and strong work ethic. Team collaboration skills and ability to follow instructions. Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. Available to work Saturdays. Authorized to work in the USA (18+). Comfortable with occasional mechanical hazards and outdoor conditions. Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour (effective rate). Effective rate includes overtime, variable overtime, and monthly store bonus.
