Cook in a high-volume, high-quality environment. Work from production sheets & recipes. Have knowledge of basic soup and sauce production. Follow directions of Sous Chef or Lead Cook (Cook III). Work cooperatively with others under high stress. Assist with food preparation. Wear appropriate uniform (chef coat, wardrobe issued pants, socks, slip‑resistant black shoes, cook beanie, and/or hair net). Provide service to internal and external customers reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Immediately inform on‑site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness, or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self‑Reporting Policy. Other Responsibilities Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned or directed by a Chef. Keep and use rotated food items using FIFO method (First In, First Out). Keep refrigerators and dry storage clean & organized. Qualifications Experience: Six months previous experience in kitchen production. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with others at all times; understand and comply with all Company and departmental rules and regulations; basic knife skills.
